Cancellation Policy

If you would like to delete your Youssef Water  account and associated data, you can request deletion at any time using one of the following methods:

1) From the app

  1. Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account
  2. Confirm the request to submit deletion automatically.

2) By email

Send an email from the same email/phone used in the app to:

support@sooqomar.com

Email subject: Delete My Account

Required details:

  1. Full name
  2. Registered phone number
  3. Registered email (if available)
  4. Reason (optional)

What will be deleted?

  1. Account personal data (name, phone, email)
  2. Saved addresses
  3. Order history
  4. Any data linked to your account in the app

Processing time

Deletion requests are typically completed within 3–5 business days.

Data retention

Some transaction/invoice records may be retained for legal or accounting purposes for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
